Are you hurting today?  Does your hurt come from grief?  Does your hurt come from anger?

Are you grieving the loss of a loved one, a job, money, any material thing?

Are you angry at another person? Do you feel betrayed?  Do you feel rejected? Are you angry at yourself? Do you feel hopeless?

Ecclesiastes 11:10 New American Standard Bible 1995  states “10 So, remove grief and anger from your heart and put away [a]pain from your body, because childhood and the prime of life are fleeting.”

If you are grieving the loss of a loved one allow yourself to be comforted.  “4 “Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.” Matthew 5:4 New American Standard Bible 1995

Jobs, money, and material things are temporary.  They can be replaced.  Don’t look at what was but what can be.  “5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart And do not lean on your own understanding. 6 In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He will make your paths straight.”  Proverbs 3:5-6  New American Standard Bible 1995

If you are angry with others or yourself “26 Be angry, and yet do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger, “ Ephesians 4:26 New American Standard Bible 1995

Forgive those who have hurt you, “14 For if you forgive [a]others for their transgressions, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. 15 But if you do not forgive [b]others, then your Father will not forgive your transgressions.”  Matthew 6:14-15 New American Standard Bible 1995

“21 Then Peter came and said to Him, “Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me and I forgive him? Up to seven times?” 22 Jesus *said to him, “I do not say to you, up to seven times, but up to seventy times seven.” Matthew 18:21-23 New American Standard Bible 1995

Forgive yourself, it’s allowed.

There is hope for your future “11 For I know the plans that I [a]have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope.” Jeremiah 29:11 New American Standard Bible 1995

Dare to dream Proverbs 29:18 King James Version states “18 Where there is no vision, the people perish:” Ask Yahweh (God) for direction.

“27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” John 14:27-29 King James Version
