With over 11 years of experience, 1,000+ clients served, and 10,000+ coaching hours, I am a compassionate and dedicated Certified Christian Marriage & Relationship Coach, Certified Spiritual Mentor, Certified Gottman Level 1 Marriage & Family Therapist, and Certified Public Accountant (CPA). I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Baylor University and a Master of Arts in Marriage & Family Therapy from Liberty University.I specialize in supporting individuals and couples through challenges such as affair recovery, separation, divorce, grief, anxiety, depression, and addiction. My work focuses on improving communication, self-care, managing conflict, forgiveness, inner healing, prayer and rebuilding trust within relationships.With extensive training in Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Inner Healing, and the REACH Method of Forgiveness, I help individuals and couples navigate everything, premarital preparation and marriage enrichment to crisis and restoration. I also incorporate tools such as the DISC profile, assessments, and attachment styles to provide personalized strategies for growth, intimacy, and resilience. As a workshop facilitator, public speaker and small group leader, I guide individuals and couples in areas such as conflict resolution, setting boundaries, managing expectations, communication, and strengthening commitment. My experience also includes addressing anger, offense, limerence, infidelity, marriage enrichment, trust, forgiveness, and complex family dynamics - all while creating a safe and supportive space for healing. In addition to my professional work, I have been married to my husband for 31 years. We have four adult children, three grandchildren, and numerous pets and grand pets. My personal experience with marriage crisis, infidelity and restoration deeply shapes the work I do today. Outside of my practice, I enjoy cruising, traveling, and spending quality time with my family. I also have a special connection to the arts as a super fan and background actor in projects such as The Chosen, The Promised Land TV series, Homestead, and Mayberry Man. I enjoy attending Christian conferences and concerts, where I find inspiration through worship and fellowship.Whether through one-on-one coaching, couple's sessions, workshops, e-courses, support calls, and/or group coaching sessions, I am committed to walking alongside you as you move toward a healthier, stronger marriage.
